Trevor Serine - 3rd District UPT Council
Trevor Serine is running to represent the 3rd District in Upper Providence Township. He has served as Chairman of the Township’s Environmental Commission for the past four years, where he helped expand protections for the Riprian buffers of our local waterways and green space, organized an annual native tree giveaway for UPT residents, drove initiatives for invasive species removal, and launched Birdtown USA and Bee City programs in partnership with local nonprofits and residents.
Nearly ten years ago, Trevor opened his own law practice in Media. His work spans zoning and land use cases, ordinance drafting, municipal representation, contract negotiations, labor disputes, and environmental claims—experience that aligns closely with the responsibilities of Township Council. He also served as a Director of the Delaware County Bar Association, gaining valuable experience in budget management and long-term planning.

As your elected Councilperson, Trevor is committed to open, accessible, and nonpartisan local government. His priorities include fiscal responsibility, protecting open space, and ensuring every resident feels heard.
Outside of work, Trevor enjoys time with his wife and children. Of interest, Trevor is also a musician with three published albums and a competitive chess player ranked in the U.S. Chess Federation!
